Glass Vial / Glass Ampoule
Leading Technology
NK Corporation manufactures glass vials, glass ampoule and specialty products for a wide variety of applications. Products can be used in various industries, depending on a customer's needs and requirements.
Process
High-quality glass tubing is placed into glass forming machines. Once formed by these state-of-the-art machines, the glass are robotically transferred to afterformers.Throughout the process, the glass are thoroughly inspected by high-tech computerized cameras for all types of flaws. A screen printing project is then completed at this time.
Quality Control
NK is equipped with high-tech camera and length-gauge systems designed to monitor every stage of the glass manufacturing process. The systems measure details of the glass from thread, neck, body and length, to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specification. They can spot flaws in the density and length of glass, and other possible imperfections that could compromise the quality of the glass.
